Pharmaceutical Production Company HASCO-LEK S.A. was founded in 1984 as a private-owned and fully independent company. The main company activities involve contract manufacturing of soft gelatin capsules as well as production of Hasco-Lek’s own commercial range.
Hasco-Lek is a producer of more than 200 pharmaceutical products. We act as a contract manufacturer and service provider for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry. We have modern, cGMP approved production lines as well as a research and development laboratory. Opening of the Soft Gelatin Capsules Department has made us one of the most modern factories of this kind in Europe. We specialize in manufacturing of soft gelatin capsules and are the leader in this field in Central and Eastern Europe.
Hasco-Lek was the first company in the world to develop a liquid formulation of Loratadine encapsulated in a soft gelatin capsule. Currently we are working on a number of new formulations for our branded products as well as those ordered by our clients. On request we are able to supply references from our clients.
Hasco-Lek offers a wide range of GMP certified products and GLP certified analytical services.
In the market dominated by multinational companies, Hasco-Lek is considered one of the biggest independent drug suppliers in Poland. The company employs 480 people in its headquarters and another 80 in a daughter company called Hasco-Lek Distribution.
The headquarters comprise of production facility, laboratories and QC, technology related departments, R&D team, administration, marketing and business development, sourcing and purchasing department. Hasco-Lek Distribution, located nearby the headquarters, is responsible for domestic sales, domestic sales force, warehousing and logistics.
Beside dynamically developing domestic sales, Hasco-Lek also conducts export sales of own branded products as well as the preparations made for private label of foreign customers. Hasco-Lek dispatches its products to more than 25 countries. The main sales take place in the following foreign markets: Central Europe, Scandinavia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe.
